Professor Ruth Halperin-Kaddari
Founding Academic Director of the Rackman Center and Member of the Law Faculty at Bar-Ilan University
Professor Halperin-Kaddari is an expert on family law, feminist criticism of civil and Jewish law and the international rights of women. From 2007-2018, she served as Vice President and member of the Expert Committee of the UN Committee on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and was named on Apolitical‘s 100 most influential people in gender policy around the world in 2018.
