Dr. Toby Greene is an academic with a background in policy research and political communications. His research and teaching focuses on foreign policy decision making, European foreign policy, and the international politics of the Middle East and the Israeli-Palestinian arena. He is a lecturer in the Department for Political Studies at Bar Ilan University. He has published and lectured widely for scholarly, professional and general audiences
