Bar-Ilan Rising

As Israel begins to rebuild our people, our nation, our land, Bar-Ilan University stands at the forefront of this mighty and existential endeavor. Please join us on a mission to Israel and Bar-Ilan like no other. Together we will experience firsthand our heroic soldiers and students, and the brave souls of our Gaza border communities.

We will experience the cutting edge defense systems of Rafael, our energy and technological innovations, the eternal city of Jerusalem, and the annual and inspired Board of Trustees event, culminating with the honorary doctorate ceremony celebrating the heroes of our great nation.

VIEW ITINERARY

Wednesday May 29: Tel Aviv-Yafo; Check-in Kempinski Hotel in Tel Aviv; Welcome reception at Bar-IIan University

Thursday May 30: Haifa; Rafael Advanced defense systems; Tour IDF Naval Base; Dinner in a Druze restaurant and meeting with community leaders

Friday May 31: Jerusalem; Visit Kotel; Tour the New National Library of Israel; Shabbat Dinner at Kempinski hotel

Shabbat June 1: Tel Aviv-Yafo; Lectures by Professors and honored leaders; Guided walking tour of Yafo; Shabbaton: closing session

Sunday June 2: Gaza Border Region; Guided visit to Kibbutzim attacked on October 7th; Military Base: BIU students who fought in the war; Volunteer on local farms in the south

Monday June 3: Bar-llan Campus; Plenary Session: The President's Vision; Explore campus laboratories and special projects; Honorary Doctorate Ceremony

Tuesday June 4: Bar-Ilan Campus; The Energy Center: Cornerstone ceremony; Donor appreciation ceremony for the emergency war fund-raising campaigns
